Mission Statement

Kenneth L. Ingram, CFP® has established a tradition of providing high quality insurance products and services to his clients. Based in Dayton, Ohio, Ken founded Ingram and Associates, Inc. in 1970 offering local clients with convenient, hands-on, professional advice on their insurance and investment needs.

In 1981, Ingram and Associates, Inc. expand their offices and began to specialize in the area of financial services, retirement planning, estate planning as well as insurance design, making them a full service agency. Ingram and Associates, Inc. experienced business growth while concentrating on the importance of offering their clients the most up to date products at competitive prices. In 1986, Ingram and Associates, Inc. introduced a very unique client computer database system (CCDS) that uses individuals personal criteria to locate the lowest-cost life insurance policy. This service allows the client to determine which policy was the most appropriate for them based on their individual needs.

In 1993, TermQuote® expanded market exposure worldwide with its' first web site www.TermQuote.com. Ingram and Associates, Inc. realized quickly how to reach their existing and new customers through the Internet.

The growth continued in 1995 and again in 1997 when Ingram and Associates, Inc. and TermQuote® expanded their offices to better service our new and existing clients more effectively. In 2006, CareQuote® was introduced to offer long-term care insurance nationwide using the same quoting process that has made TermQuote® so successful. In January of 2008, Ingram & Associates, Inc made several adjustments to their corporate structure to ensure the continued growth of the company. Kenneth L. Ingram, CFP® remains as President and is focusing on developing new relationships. Drew Raucci, CLU® has been elevated to partner and CEO, Michelle L. Shields, CSA to Vice-President and Steve Zink as Vice-President of Sales. The company has been renamed Ingram & Raucci Insurance and Financial Advisors. These promotions are integral for the future stability and growth of the company.
